空心杯电机
空心杯电枢永磁直流伺服电机是一种先进的高性能伺服电动机,采用无铁心转子结构,消除了由于铁心形成涡流而造成的电能损耗和冲片槽造成的齿槽转矩,转子重量和转动惯量大幅降低,减小了转子自身的机械能损耗。电机具有峰值转矩高、功率密度高、效率高、散热效果好、启动转矩小、速度曲线平滑、无转矩滞后、运转平稳等优点。可通过配置减速器提高输出转矩,配制磁性编码器等采集反馈信号,配制制动器对电机进行锁定。在低转速应用中,电机组合减速器的方式通常比选择低转速电机更合算。电机绝缘等级为H级,可满足高温、低温、振动、冲击、低气压等环境条件下的应用。
