     Chengdu Electric MFG. Co. (CEMC) is a key enterprise, which produces small and special electrical machines in the electronic industry. It was set up in 1958 and checked and put into production on September 1965. In China, it is the earliest established large manufacturer of small and special electrical machines and one of 156 major projects during China's First Five-Year-Plan. CEMC is located at 1st East Block 28,Erhuan Road, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It covers an area of 80000 sq. Meters. 

     CEMC is mainly engaged in the development, production and sale of the small and special electrical machines and units for military and civil use, household appliances and all kinds of low-noise selfoiling bearings. The main products are various AC and DC Servomotors, AC and DC Servomotor-Tachogenerators, small, middle, large DC Torque Motor and Low Speed Tachogenerators, Synchros, Electrical Resolvers, Induction Phase Shifters, Transducers for waveguide Switch, Rotary Solenoids & Stepping Switches, Stepping Motors, AC and DC Fans as well as Small AC and DC Drive Motors (, and so on. They are) divided into 19 categories, 66 series and over 560 varieties. 

    Having undergone more than 40 years of accumulation, CEMC now possesses strong technical development ability, complete technological facilities and manufacturing capacity, perfect quality assurance system and comprehensive measuring and testing means. And according to the standard ISO9001, the quality system of CEMC has been certificated. The quality system for war production has also been certificated. Meanwhile, It has a "Torque Motor Production Line Carrying Out the National Military Standard". In China, this is the sole assembly line, which has been certificated. Its products are of high quality and reliability frequently awarded the high quality product and technology progress prize of Ministry, Sichuan Province, Chengdu City and Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense.     The small and special electrical machines produced by CEMC are widely used for all kinds of equipments and systems of the departments of aeronautics, astronautics, ship heavy industry, ordnance, nuclear industry and electronic war industry.     At present, CEMC has 60 technicians and 750 staff members, and has the equipments of manufacturing the motors more than 700 sets and various measuring and testing equipments, which can satisfy the needs of development of the motors. Therefore, CEMC has the great ability to design, manufacture and test the motors and has the quality assurance system.
